3. Free Prompts

Free prompts on Promptz.fun are sourced from open-source repositories and community contributions. They are provided with attribution to their original authors and are subject to their original licenses. You may use free prompts for personal and commercial purposes unless the original license specifies otherwise.

4. Premium Prompts

Premium prompts are available for purchase at $1.00 each. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the prompt for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish premium prompts in their original form.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of prompts, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased prompt, contact us for support.

6. AI Prompt Improver

The Prompt Improver tool uses third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to enhance your prompts. By using this tool, you acknowledge that your input is sent to these services for processing. We are not responsible for the output quality or any consequences of using AI-improved prompts.

7. Attribution & Copyright

Promptz.fun respects intellectual property. All scraped prompts include proper attribution and source links. If you believe your copyrighted work is being used improperly, please contact us with details and we will take appropriate action.

8. Prohibited Use

• Using prompts to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Automated scraping of the Promptz.fun website
• Reselling free or premium prompts without authorization
• Attempting to bypass premium prompt access controls

9. Limitation of Liability

Promptz.fun and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before use in production systems.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
